To make this pie, we take our gluten-free pastry crust and fill it with juicy organic strawberries from Yerena Farm and tangy rhubarb from Happy Quail Farms. The pies are then topped with a gluten-free version of our famous oatmeal cookie crumble top!
Ingredients: The crust is made with organic brown rice flour, organic tapioca flour, organic cane sugar, organic xantham gum and organic butter. The crumble top is made with organic cane sugar and brown sugar, organic brown rice flour, organic tapioca starch, organic cinnamon, allspice, ginger, organic gluten-free oats and organic coconut butter.
