CRUST WORKSHOP – October 4th, 2017 (6pm-8pm)

Come learn to make pie crust, roll out dough, flute your pie shell, and bake a perfect shell to use for a single crust pie so good your Mother-in-Law will NEVER COME BACK! There will also be snacks!

You will need to bring:

-Clothes you don’t mind getting flour on (we’ll provide aprons but stuff happens…)
-Closed-toed shoes (we’re in a professional commercial kitchen, guys!)
-A can-do attitude (you’ll be a pro in no time!)

You will go home with:
-A disk of dough to use at a later date
-A pre-bake you can use at home.

This class will take place on October 4th, 2017 from 6pm-8pm at our kitchen, which is located at 2501 Phelps Street in San Francisco’s Bayview neighborhood. You can park on the street. We’re in a nondescript building that says “MURATORE” on the outside. If you have any problems finding us, give us a call at 415.617.9774. Thanks!
