By popular demand our make-your-own cream pie class is back! In this class, you’ll learn how to make crust, roll out your dough, flute and pre-bake your shell, and make pastry cream. You’ll then get to mix and match fillings, mix-ins and toppings to make the cream pie you’ve always wanted. Also, there will be snacks!

You will need to bring:
-Clothes you don’t mind getting flour on (we’ll provide aprons but stuff happens…)
-Closed-toed shoes (we’re in a professional commercial kitchen, guys!)
-A can-do attitude (you’ll be a pro in no time!)

You will go home with:
-A disk of dough to use at a later date
-A pre-bake you can use at home.
-A mini cream pie of your choice

This class will take place on Sunday, January 28th from 10am-1pm at our kitchen, which is located at 2501 Phelps Street in San Francisco’s Bayview neighborhood. You can park on the street or at the Foods Co. next door. We’re in a nondescript building that says “MURATORE” on the outside. If you have any problems finding us, give us a call at 415.617.9774.
