Fruit of the week: Tayberries

Tayberries are here and we’re pretty jazzed. Our friend Polli from Yerena Farms has just handed over a king’s ransom of the juicy little troublemakers, and if we can stop ourselves from eating them all between the market and the kitch, they’ll make their way into this week’s Apricot Tayberry pies.
