Yesterday, we finally took a break and headed out to the country, where we enjoyed swimming, picking cherries, eating asparagus, and chasing flocks of wild turkeys through the olive groves. Next time, you’re invited! We also got a chance to visit some of our favorite farms to pick up cherries, apples, and other tasty fruits, which we’ll use to bake this week’s pies.
